The ideal candidate will be capable of designing & conducting complex multi-step synthesis. Ability to independently solve synthetic and process problems is essential. Significant experience with the application and analysis of spectroscopic data and separation methods (HPLC, flash chromatography) is also required.

Successful candidates must have excellent verbal and written communication skills (both in Chinese and English) and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
